Dynamax10lb Soft-Shell Medicine Ball Standard

I transitioned from in person to virtual training. Had to buy one for class. Bought and returned two other ones because was not happy with the quality and performance. Decided to take the plunge and bought this one since that’s what the trainer uses. Very satisfied and product is worth the price.

You can juice your metabolic rate to the sky in about five minutes with this medicine ball. I raise the ball over my head then, as I drop down into a squat position, slam it on the ground, catch it on the rebound - rinse and repeat. I do four sets of fifty during the course of a thirty-minute workout --- and FEEL GREAT. The ball is not a 'high bouncer' - for me the rebound height is perfect - comes up about waist high - which means you engage your entire upper body to raise it over your head for the next rep. I like the soft shell and I like the wide width of the ball. I like everything about it... especially the RESULTS I have experienced. 25 reps was tops in my first exercise session with the 10-pound ball. Now I bust through 4 sets of 50 reps each and feel great. I will soon be purchasing the 16-pound ball and see how that goes. Bottom line - if you want to exercise with a medicine ball - this is an excellent choice.

Dynamax is the way to go. The original medicine ball and still the best. This has become a key part of my workout routine. Many, many functional exercises you can do with this ball. Love it!
