short but deep, like the Tao Te Ching, or Sun Tzu Ping Fa
This is not a long book. But it doesn't need to be. Written by an ethnic Japanese living in Germany, it describes the indescribable, the Tao. Other reviewers say what they say. I like reviews that mention similar books, so I do that here. Read this when you are relaxed. You can go back to it. If you need more verbiage, The Secret of Instant Healing is somewhat similar, and so is Matrix Energetics: The Science and Art of Transformation , and Dowsing and Manifesting . It would help to read any good translation of the Tao Te Ching, also. Dr. Glenn Norris Path Notes of an American Ninja Master talks about certain kinds of very short Japanese books on spiritual traditions, which one can read over and over again. This book can be read that way, as can the Tao Te Ching Tao Te Ching: A New English Version (Perennial Classics) , and the Sun Tzu Ping Fa, or even the Hsin Hsin Ming, both of which can be googled.

Quite simple!
This simple little book describes different methods almost easy to use. However, if you will try the methods you will be pleasantly surprised. This book trains you to go into a state of pure awareness - healing with quantum energy!

concise and great
This book is relatively short- and then again, so is the Tao Te Ching, and Sun Tzu Art of War. It is deep, and well worth reading several times. Orientals sometimes have a real talent for putting a lot of meaning into a few words, meaning that comes up in layers, as one reads it again and again. That alone makes this worthwhile. The question for me is what other books cover the same subject, so I can get other perspectives. Martha Beck's book Finding your way in a Wild new World comes to mind. Penney Peirce's The Intuitive Way covers the same material, in a different way. Dr. Frank Kinslow's books probably come the closest to this book, though they are longer than this book. The book Multidimensional Dowsing Questions is also useful, because it is questions designed to open up, and play with, the kind of quantum awareness one sees described in Mr. Takahashi's book. Frederick Dodson's books are similar. Melissa Joy Jonson's recent book also deals with this. All of these books are far easier to read than the usual books on Quantum Mechanics, and are much more fun to play with. I'd start with Mr. Takahashi's book. It is like an executive summary. What other books have people found useful, in this area?

Just Not Useful
I normally give a high rating to every book I buy, but this book is a disaster. I probably have 50 or more books on this subject and this is the first one I cannot recommend to anyone. There appears to be an extreme problem with the use of the English language -- something that could have been solved with the help of a qualified English speaking editor. I'm sorry to say that the book will be a total failure at communicating to anyone who speaks any normal form of English.
