Is the mic good? and can wire & bluetooth simultaneously work? i’d like to have line in for ps5/switch & bt to android phone/ipad for discord calls.

The built in mic is serviceable but not something you’d want to use if you need high quality mic audio. It works well for applications such as phone calls, but I would not use the built in mic to record audio for YouTube videos, for example. I don’t think the Bluetooth will work with a line in, from my experience it seems the device automatically turns off when a headphone jack is plugged in. Not 100% certain about this point though.

Does anyone now how to factory Reset these ?

Make sure they are off. Plug them into the supplied usb c charging cable and make sure they show they are getting power. Then hold the power button til the the white lites comes on (usually will blink twice) and then off again. Right when the lights turns off Let go of the power button wait about 1 second and then hold it again for about 2-3 seconds til they turn on and release the power button.

Question does the sound quality differ over bluetooth depending on the device's, I have a s10+ and the Panda's sounds like an cheap $10 Earbuds odd?

Hi. I also have a S10+ so I did a comparison between it and my Sony Hi Res Walkman for you. First of all nothing sounds better than my in-ear Sony XBA-Z5s which are not Bluetooth. If you are used to hi dollar, bass heavy triple driver, wired in-ear buds, I don't think you will never get that kind of sound from headphones. Because of this I was underwhelmed at first with the Pandas. However, this morning I downloaded the AIMP music APP and paired my phone with the Pandas for the first time. I also listened to the same songs on my Walkman. It is my opinion that the Pandas take some breaking in because they continue to get better. They actually sounded as good paired as plugged in this morning. I was surprised my phone sounded better than the Walkman using the AIMP app. Much better than $10 earbuds. I hope this helped.
