Tasty. Easy to make. No need to add anything.

Man, these are good, I mean really good! I don't mind the citric acid and other bakery shortenings used in it for the purpose of raising the mix, because the end result is super yummy! Although it creates inordinate amount of foam when you mix water in it, most probably because of the citric acid and sodium bicarbonate. Still, they are healthy and tasty because of the quality of ingredients used in this mix. The Dosas come out crunchy and full of flavor, and you can make them really thin without fearing of any breakage. The quality of semolina and rice flour is very good and it results in delicious, lip smacking rava dosas. The day I made them, I literally ate these for my lunch. So I obviously am going to recommend them, because in about five minutes you get the batter done, and in the next twenty minutes you get ten, twelve dosas done. No need for lengthy preparation, just use the Gits instant Rava Dosai mix!

Hi friends, I like dosa and uttapam very much. So, I thought of making it at home but I was not able to make the perfect batter. I tried Gits rawa dosa mixture. It becomes all the more easy when you have readymade batter powder at home. Quick and easy. The flavour and aroma is really very authentic. Now, this is mg favourite breakfast recipe 👌🏻👌🏻🌮🌮🌮

Lovely, thick dosa mix. I add some chopped onions, cumin seeds and black onion seeds and it makes a perfect onion rava dosa.

came quickly exactly what i expected

Loved the rava Dosa.

The flavor was much better than I expected after reading previous reviews. It tasted right. The consistency was what was off. The directions ask for much less water than it really needed. I had to add water to make the batter correct and by then I ahead already wasted some trying to make it as directed. You don’t get very much to work with so if you make a mistake, you’re sort of screwed. I bought another package to try again before I just go ahead and make the dosai batter from scratch. I ended up having to make more of a rava style dosa. It’s ok. It’s way over priced and I don’t think I’ll buy it again.
