About how long until you feel less stress after you take it regularly?

I started taking this product for a few reasons but the first one was because of stress and I just felt like crap all the time. I did notice within a few days that my mood was better and I was feeling relaxed. I have to be careful taking this because I have a underactive thyroid and I take medication for it. During my research I found that the reason for my weight gain may be due to Cortisol and this product may help to reduce that. What I discovered was I actually really felt better as far as energy and mood and I also lost weight and that was Awesome! I slept better as well. My thinking/memory is better, my appetit is better, as for the weight loss I had tried everything to lose weight but instead like clockwork I would gain weight every single month so this was a big relief to see I actually lost weight. The only downside of taking this product and it may just be because of my thyroid meds/condition is I did have very loose stools it may have been I was taking too much so I have reduced the amount and it seems to be working out better.
