I have owned this Keurig for over 6 yrs. and it's never given a problem. I debated over the price but when you figure the cost of a coffee pot a year for the dollar stores, you are ahead with a Keurig. It brews quickly and give the coffee the taste it was intended to have when fresh brewed. Compact and easy to move from kitchen to dining room. Removable tank insures against breakage when moving it.

High quality product at a great price. Easily cleaned, quiet. The size is nice and holds a lotOf water. Nicely designed.

I made the switch! We are avid energy drink consumers and the price was getting out of hand. The cups for these machines are super cheap and taste great. It doesn't take long to make a cup of coffee which is fantastic for a busy morning. Cleaning is extremely easy as well. Just run the machine without a k-cup in it to filter out any left over grounds.

Had about 3 months so far. Works well. Heats up and stays on for 2 hours to make coffee faster, but it's not really a feature I need. Coffee is hot and tastes good. The coffee pod handle that pushes the pod onto the pins works well. The heating and coffee making process is noisy I must say.The water well could definitely be bigger, but for my wife and I we fill it every other day, so it's not bad. I compared all of the Keurig's and this one had the best combo of features and price point. Seems to be decent quality, but i'm keeping my fingers crossed.
