Perfection!
I use this pasta for the Eataly Caccio E Pepe copycat recipe and it is chef’s kiss!!! Thick, delicious pasta that cooks perfectly al dente. Expensive but so worth it! I will keep buying this every time I make that dish.

wonderful but different from American pasta
You can really tell the difference between this Italian pasta and American pasta. It's a bit heavier and chewier . Wonderful texture. I may order more just because we don't eat a lot of pasta so the price is less of a factor. I would never use it for a tuna salad ,texture all wrong.

Failed to meet my expectations.
I like the taste of spaghetti not just the sauce. This one tastes bland. We gave it away after the second tasting.
