Fit our 32 year old Atrium door perfectly.
Fit perfectly. Works perfectly so far. Had the old lockset apart twice in the last 32 years to have a new part put in; this installation was easy and straightforward compared to disassembling the old lockset for repairs.Everything was included for a complete replacement including screws, a new strike plate, and the right size allen wrench to remove the handles and retighten them after passing through the hole. It was helpful that I had removed the old lockset a couple of times and was therefore familiar with it.

Looks Great and Works Great; couldn't be happier!
My old, no longer functioning "Atrium Door Set" had a broken return spring for the latching pawl. When the new "set" arrived I removed the old set and before installing the new one I depressed the spring operated pawl latch which had broken on my old 'latch set' and it would not return: I thought, "Oh no!" On close inspection of the new pawl and spring I determined the problem could be resolved by a slight spring adjustment forcing it back under the latching pawl with a small screwdriver: It worked! I then sprayed a light weight "White Lithium Grease" (do not use WD-40 it is not a lubricant but rather a cleaner which soon dries out) on the moving parts and installed it in the door. It fit perfectly with everything lining up exactly like the old "set": Looks Great and Works Great; couldn't be happier!

Extra Instructions
Pro'sEasy to install.Instructions simply to follow - especially the part to turn the lock cylinder to fit a left side hinge door (needed right hinge & it came that way)Con'sHandle kept slipping off, even after retightening small allen screw. Eventually just removed plastic gasket-which made the range shorterAddedum:When removing old lock, I suggest looking at the new deadbolt cylinder. The lock must be turned to a partial position in order to be removed. There is a small locking device that must be flush in order for it to easily slide out of the doorDo not think that it is frozen, and use a hammer etc - you will only damage the door

Just what we needed!
Our atrium door has seen much use in the 20+ years and the old handle was loose and the locking mecahanism was hard to use. I wasn't even sure we could get a replacement. I found this one and ordered it. It was the exact fit to the old holes and works perfectly. The price, at first seemed high, but we decided to order anyway. Special offers at check-out made this riduculously inexpensive. New life for our old door!

Faulty Deadbolt
Easy to install, well packaged, looks nice,, but poorly made. Dead bolt is frozen in locked position and the knob just spins. Installation was only 2 weeks ago. Will have to call a locksmith now---$$$$---to remedy the issue. Disappointed and $100 poorer.

2nd one
I have ordered 2 of these, why? Because the first one was damaged by someone trying to break in. The lock held, very sturdy and solid. But they damaged it's beauty so we replaced it. Easy to install, quality workmanship, smooth action.

Found it here & was delighted. My husband put it on - installation went ...
First, let me say, we were replacing an old lockset & searched for the exact make/model/etc. Found it here & was delighted. My husband put it on - installation went very smoothly & everything in great working order. This was summer of 2015. Then, about 6 months ago, the little screws that hold the handles & lock on began to work themselves out. First, it was the inside handle. No worries - I got a little bitty tool (allen wrench?) & tightened the tiny little screw. Then, the lock screw worked itself out & the lock handle fell off. So, found a coordinating size tool & tightened it back up. Then, the inside handle came off again; then the outside handle; then the inside; then the outside! This is absolutely ridiculous & as a consequence, I've been locked out of the house 3 times (the outside handle falls off & when I try to put in back on, the bar shoves back & since the doors closed, the handle can't be returned). Is there some kind of glue? Precaution? I can take to remedy this? I don't think just any door set will fit my patio doors - & besides, at $89 plus shipping, this wasn't exactly cheap. I can buy a new door package for $700. We live in Alaska - could the cold have something to do with this? Although, I must say, the old door only had one repeat handle falling off - not all working parts. PLUS: we've had a rather mild winter this past - only a month of maybe zero/a bit below, but mostly 30's all winter....

Brass door lockset
The lock set fit perfectly and was easy to install. The edges of the door latches and the bolt throw are not as rounded as the original and the machining of the finished pieces was not quite as elegant as the original. That said they look good and match the original set I have on another door nearby. Very happy with the purchase. Very reasonable price for this product.
