Great squat wedges for lifting
I’ve been using these squad wedges for 3 years and they have been great. I’m a heavy lifter and these have been my go-to option for front squats and other similar exercises. Portable and versatile!

Very sturdy.
These are built to last. The mechanism for changing the heights is a little sticky but once you have it locked into place there's no worry of the lever slipping out. I used the grip tape on mine and my shoes grip them nicely. These have helped me immensely in getting a deeper squat however, as you put more weight on the bar the situation can get a bit dicey getting your feet placed on each of the wedges before you begin your set. I ended up purchasing a larger, one-piece wedge from Rogue. Heavier and more expensive but now I can just walk back onto the wedge without looking down to place my feet 😎

Best Value Squat Wedges
I was looking for something to do heel elevated squats. If you’re not familiar they are a squat variation that strongly targets the quadriceps as well as strengthening the knee joint. I was originally using plates under the feet, which work but are a pain to balance on. These wedges provide much stronger support.Which elevation you want to accomplish this is dependent on you’re own body structure and preference. The fact that these wedges can adjust is very nice. The top brand name options are either slant board guy or rogue. Both are twice as expensive and have a fixed elevation with no adjustment available. These wedges are solid metal and feel very sturdy. The range of adjustment should allow you to do w/e you need. The highest angle feels quite extreme. Unlikely you would need something greater. They come with grip tape you can apply to the foot surface. It provides a nice friction for your shoes.I would say the only thing I would prefer is one larger wedge instead of two smaller ones. Probably simpler to get one thing in the right position than two. But overall I think this product is the best value.

Good size
I thought these might have been to too short, but your forefoot is on the ground so only your midfoot and heel are up on the pads. They aren't that steeply angled so I've only used them with the full height. Because of the 2 piece design it does take a little more effort moving them, but not a big deal.

Exactly what I thought
The exact product needed to work the calf’s and perform squats if you have poor ankle mobility
