Nice quality, can use for its intended propose.

Bands are labeled from extra light to extra heavy. They're not very long at about 12 inches, which is perfect for me but might me a little short for other people. I haven't used resistance bands before but I felt like maybe these one aren't that strong? I could be wrong, but if you're a ripped athlete/bodybuilder, these bands might not challenge you very much. The bands also came with a little pouch which is super useful and came to me as a lovely little surprise.

I think these would be good for beginners, however, the ‘x-heavy’ resistance band is not as tight/strong as the one i have used in the gym. I am going to try doubling them up to see if that helps! Lovely quality and packaging though, and the guide book for exercises that comes with it is very good.
