Product has begun to fail after 1-year
The media could not be loaded. I've used this product off an on (light use) for about a year. What drew me to this unit was the combination of the USB 3.1 GEN2, power pass-through, two USB 3.0 ports, and the 4K at 60Hz HDMI. Today, I noticed the HDMI connection to my monitor was acting off. I tried another USB-C hub and confirmed it wasn't my monitor or the HDMI cord (attached video). It seems the HDMI connection on this hub is beginning to fail.

Legitimate 10Gbs Speeds on the Hub's USB-C Data Port
Some of the hubs claiming 10Gbs speed are simply lying. This one offers true 10Gbs speed on the USB-C data port on the hub. Tested it out with Crystal DiskMark on a SanDisk Extreme Pro plugged into the hub's USB-C data port and it gave me the same 10Gbs type USB 3.1 Gen2 speeds I get when using the native USB-C port on my ASUS G14 laptop. There are plenty of high speed hubs that offer a USB-C on the hub but it is usually just for powering the hub or power passthrough to charge the laptop, not for data. This hub has a full USB-C data port. It is *not* for powering the hub and it passes data at full 10Gbs speeds. I don't mind using the included power adapter to power up this hub. For now it gets 5-stars from me and stays at this rating as long as it continues to perform.

Works well I have been moving some date around with every port on it, and it seems to handle the load good. I have different speed USB flash drives, HDD drives, so it's been a good test I think. Moving date from one to another seems to do a good job. I had one lock up I think computer went to sleep so one ID10T error lol. The cord needs some more length on it for home however it would be a great length for travel. I would like to see a couple more of the USB-C ports on it to.

Works well for me
I'm using this to supplement the lack of many USB ports on my Lenovo laptop. It works as it should. I connect multiple high-speed USB devices and they perform fast and reliably. I have two complaints, though. First, the cord to connect to my laptop is very short and it's permanent so I can't use a different cord. I suppose this guarantees a good, high quality connection to the hub, but it's a pain. Second, it indicates fast charging capability on one of the ports. In connecting to my Galaxy smartphone, I don't get the fast charging indicator at all. Neither of these is a show-stopper for me.

One of the best Port Hubs in USB 3.1
Tried many port hubs… this one works so well, I purchased 2 more for other systems. For USB-A, use a USB-C to A 3.1 adapter, not a normal adapter to retain the high speed. The 3.1 adapter has electronics that greatly improve speed or maintain port speed. The Whip Cable is nicely mounted and durable, ports have remained snug and nice contacts.

Works as advertised so far
The only thing I wish it has was an indicator that says what voltage the ports are actively using. I don't think any other product as it either, would just be nice to know what the output is in case its a cable limitation.

One of the very few USB 3.1 Gen2 hub
I have been looking for a multiple USB 3.1 GEN2 USB-C port hub for my PC for a while. It is one of the VERY few available. The speed is up to par. Understood it is a travel accessory. I had to purchase an usbc extension cable to use it with my desktop.

Perfect to extend me AIO PC
I bought two of these to add usb ports to my HP Envy All in One PC. I use it for streaming and the 10G ports allow me to run multiple USB 2.0 Cameras without issue.
