Ecovacs Robot Vacuum Cleaner DEEBOT OZMO920, 2-in-1 Vacuuming & Mopping with Smart Navi 3.0 Laser Technology, Multi-floor Mapping, Virtual Wall, Works on Carpets & Hard Floors

I waited 1 month of use before posting my honest opinion on this. I did a long research and comparison with other brands before deciding to buy this one and was not disappointed so far. This is very functional and will definitely change your life and make it easier. Easy to set up and the app for this thing is amazing and very flexible with loads of options to choose from. the fact that it has laser detection instead of camera makes it much more effective and better in terms of security.Be aware though that nothing is perfect. Sometimes the bot decides to go crazy and confused if you change the arrangement of the furniture or change the charger location. The mopping feature also is not the best but good enough for daily cleaning (you still need to do proper mopping afterwards). Also did not find any spare parts on Amazon.ae or locally, so you will need to buy all of this stuff from Amazon.com and pay extra for shipping.Despite all this, I believe this is a very good value robot vacuum that will change your life, and I personally hope that it will go strong for at least 2 years to justify the investment.

Been eyeing a robovac since their inception, and finally decided it was the right time given the price/spec and this S920 doesn't disappoint... as many have mentioned, it's not equivalent to a full blown vacuum cleaner, but an awesome solution to the daily quick sweep. Its mapping tech is uncannily precise the actually sweeping is effective, not loud at all and fun to watch. I was also surprised by its capacity, it can do my large 2 bedroom and hall fully for 3 days before I must empty it. The virtual barriers are great and easy to set. The cleaning schedule is a Godsend, I have set to do the whole living area in the house (tiles) every morning at 7 and it knocks it out in 35 minutes. Manages to navigate in 90% of the area and I'm astounded everytime it ventures under the dining table with all the chairs. I haven't tried the mopping feature, not interested in that feature but will update whenever I do trial it. From a setup perspective it's easy, the app is easy to navigate as well. Battery charges quick and after a full session it'll go back to its dock with 25 percent or more.It looks nice, though it does attract dust, but that's something I can live with. My dog got used to it after a couple days if anxiety and watches it with envy, he wishes he can be as useful. All in all, highly recommended if you're looking for a helper that is always in time and does the job well, just don't expect it to do under the furniture and where it cant physically get to, you might have to touch up with a handheld every couple of days. And of course do the big one whenever you do.Oh and you can give it a name! Ours is Pebble, and we love it!

OZMO920 did meet my expectations. The application is user friendly, the robovac will automatically create a map of your house which will be divided into different areas. You can select the areas to clean or prioritise the order of cleaning area wise. The robovac can pick up most of the small dirt on the floor. The brush may get stuck on the big items, so u have to scan the room and pick up the big items(kitchen tissues, straws, loose charging cables etc) before starting the robovac. It can handle most of the big cables which are fixed to the charging outlet. Mopping function is average, it cannot remove any sticky dirt. But that cannot be expected from any robovac. It’s been almost a month since I start using the robovac, so far I’m satisfied with the product. I read in one of the reviews that customer service is not efficient. I checked their website and I couldn’t identify a UAE specific contact number.

Bought this 10 months ago and up until last month, it worked fine. Then it started giving us issues (going in circles, not finding the station, re-mapping the apartment by itself, etc). We followed ALL of the troubleshooting steps (cleaning of wheels, sensors, etc) but nothing worked. Then we sent an email to Customer support - they replied with an auto email saying we should troubleshoot (same steps), then they were asking for a ton of information (picture of this, video of that, etc) which we provided. Then we get the same email asking for the same information 3x in a row over a one week period. 2 weeks later and not a single soul has contacted us and provided us with infos on how and where to return/ replace/ repair this item. The machine is still under warranty and is now sitting at home since weeks and, ironically, collecting dust itself. Lesson learned, next time I'll check the reviews if there are support-related complaints to ensure that WHEN (not IF) there is an issue, there is actually a way to have your paid product either replaced or at least we know where to have it fixed.

I've been stuck In my apartment for a while because of all the corona virus fiasco. Ordering this is the best decision I have ever made. It's simple and effective. I call for the maid every week and the maids generally for a good Job. But this on the first run took a while to analyse the house and later on it was fantastic. Please be patient and let it do its thing for the first time. It takes a while for it to analyse your apartment layout. Once done.. it cleans like a charm. The app is easy to use and you can also control it via Alexa or google home. It does go over carpets. But on the smaller mats it may struggle since it's too light. Best thing is to ensure all the small mats are out of the way. Clean them manually. In conclusion, although it's a little expensive.. it's worth every penny.

Che dire, Robot tutto in uno che svolge egregiamente il suo lavoro, specialmente per il prezzo a cui lo si trova. Un amico indispensabile per chi come me ha poco o addirittura non avere tempo neanche di passare l'aspirapolvere. Ben fatta la funzione della mappatura in casa che riproduce fedelemente, anche passando in completa oscurità, le stanze della casa e tutti gli ingombri, permettendoti, una volta fatta la mappatura, di inviare il piccolo robot a pulire solo una determinata stanza o addirittura un determinato punto del pavimento. Peccato solo che in caso si trovi davanti a degli specchi (per esempio un armadio con ante a specchio) si incasini un pò la mappa che crea a causa del riflesso dello specchio, che nel caso peggiore può anche creare una stanza fantasma, nulla che non si possa risolvere mettendo un bel muro virtuale attraverso all'applicazione per dire al robot di non calcolarla. In caso la torretta laser per mappare non basti per evitare collisioni o ostacoli, probabilmente ha anche dei sensori di prossimità sulla parte frontale, perchè prima di entrare in contatto con qualcosa, si vede che rallenta e si appoggia dolcemente sull'oggetto, confermando l'ottima gestione software fatta dalla casa costruttrice. Sul lato aspirazione il robot è ottimo, non lascia residui, e soprattuto molto utile la funzione per scegliere la potenza di aspirazione (da massimo a standard a silenzioso), e la funzione che aumenti la potenza automaticamente in caso di passaggio su un tappeto (cosa che non ho potuto testare non avendo tappeti a disposizione). Sulla parte lavaggio fa il suo lavoro ma non ci si può aspettare miracoli dato che alla fine passa semplicemente un panno bagnato a terra, ma questo basta a dare un aspetto più lucido e pulito al pavimento. Ovviamente ogni tanto è bene dare anche una passata alla vecchia maniera per eliminare lo sporco più ostinato, ma questo dipende anche da quanto tempo passate in casa o se avete animali. In funzione lavaggio il robot ti permette di scegliere anche quantità di acqua utilizzare e sinceramente utilizzando l'opzione Alta, riesce a lavare la casa (circa 80mq) con metà del serbatoio dell'acqua ed ha utilizzato all'incirca il 40% della batteria, che è veramente ottimo, anche se il problema della batteria sarebbe relativo dato che in caso di batteria scarica interromperebbe le operazioni per tornare al dock di ricarica e dopo essersi ricaricato, riprenderebbe da dove si è fermato. Nelle istruzioni consigliano di utilizzare solo l'acqua per lavare ma personalmente un goccio di detergente per pavimenti lo metto e per ora non ho riscontrato problemi. Sotto il lato applicazione, molto ben fatta e piena di funzioni. la configurazione è seguita passo passo ed è abbastanza semplice da mettere in pratica (attenzione per il miglior funzionamento del robot è meglio avere il wireless con le due bande di frequenza separata, anche se è in grado di funzionare con quelle miste). Una volta impostato, il robot apparirà sulla schermata e dopo aver premuto il pulsante "inserisci pulizia automatica" si entrerà nel vivo delle impostazioni e della pulizia del robot. Come scritto già in precedenza molto ben fatta la parte della mappatura che ti permette di vedere anche in tempo reale dove si trovi il robot e ben fatta anche la parte dei muri virtuali che è possibile creare, perchè li rispetta fedelmente senza mai sforare di troppo, è possibile anche creare zone in cui non deve fare il lavaggio. Come potrete notare fin dalla prima accensione, il robot "parla" ma non vi preoccupate perchè una volta completata la configurazione si potrà scegliere lingua e volume della voce, che utilizzerà ogni volta che inizia o finisce un'attività. E' perfettamente comandabile anche fuori casa sempre dall'applicazione, a patto che abbiate una connessione disponibile. Sotto il lato Manutenzione è bene dopo almeno 2/3 utilizzi controllare che le spazzole siano a posto e che non ci sia nulla di strano incastrato in mezzo e svuotare il contenitore dell'aspirazione, anche se comunque ha autonomia di anche 1 settimana di continuo uso (a seconda della sporcizia della casa) per il contenitore dell'acqua invece è bene rimuoverlo dopo avergli fatto fare un lavaggio, sia per far asciugare bene il panno e sia per evitare che accidentalmente faccia gocciolare dell'acqua quando si vuole che faccia solo aspirazione ( dico questo perchè dopo il lavaggio dell'acqua si accumula nella parte superiore del supporto di plastica del panno, non per eventuali perdite del robot). Unico appunto è quello di cercare di non lasciare per terra, durante il suo funzionamento, calze, vestiti, cavi perchè rischia di rimanere incastrato nelle spazzole e mandare in errore il robot. Per concludere, questo robot è stato ben progettato e ben realizzato, soprattutto per il rapporto qualità/prezzo e se lo si cura un pò (di tanto in tanto farci un pochino di manutenzione) sicuramente potrà durare per molti anni a venire e soprattutto non perdere la sua potenza aspirante.

La función de fregado no es que me entusiasme pero la de aspirado es genial.Muy satisfecho con el producto y la APP android funciona realmente bien.Tuve un problema con mi primer ecovacs que me solucionaron rápidamente por email y en castellano en su soporte técnico.
