Great product. Dresses up my saddles, so shiny. They look new.

It's saddle-lac. It's the shiniest of all the leather finishes available. If you haven't ever tried it, seriously, do yourself a favor and get a can. It's amazing.

I clean saddles as a side hustle and use this religiously. You won't be disappointed.

I like this product , but I think it's a little too pricey .

If you’re looking to seal leather from color transferring this will do it. I wasn’t so happy about the texture it leaves behind. The once smooth leather feels somewhat grainy after. I added another coat thinking it was bc of my way of applying, but it wasn’t. So, I would still definitely use again, just not on items that require a smooth or sleek finish. Also, idk if it can possibly be buffed out, so you may want to look into that. I’d also recommend testing & practicing applications before using on your final pieces.

I began using Saddle Lac in 1980 when I first started out doing leather work. I tried the acrylic finishes, but didn't like the plastic look & feel it gave the leather. Saddle Lac gives the leather a natural look & feel. I used to be able to buy it in many stores. It then suddenly disappeared. I was quite pleased that I found it on Amazon. Now it's 3X the price I used to pay. It's great stuff & I don't want to be without it.

This product was recommended by more experienced leather crafters. I use this over any painted leather projects. I've been very happy with the outcome. It does add a shine so if you want your leather to be matte this is not your best option. I'm happy with my purchase and use this often.
