Electrolysis probe
This was my first time using the electrolysis unit. The probe is what you must use to complete the treatment. I’m finding that the tip bends easily and is hard to keep it straight.

It completely stopped working after three days.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I started using it as soon as I got it. Read the instructions very carefully and followed them to the letter. It was working beautifully! I was so excited. Then it just stopped working after THREE days. I changed the battery, cleaned it, but nothing. If the manufacturer can keep it running it would be an amazing product. But alas it stopped working and is now just a piece of junk.

With proper use, works as described!
The unit works as described with proper use. The needles, however are very fragile. They bend very easily but are still usable. Buy extra. I recommend getting professional electrolysis for more hair/larger areas, but if you only have a few hairs here and there, this is perfect. After professional treatments, I use this for the few hairs of occasional regrowth or new hairs. Saves me trips and money. Totally worth it. I buy a numbing cream as I am very sensitive to pain and it helps. Make sure to treat until hair slips out, retreat if necessary. May have some irritation but in my opinion it’s worth it if the hair doesn’t grow back. Good near eyesight and magnifying mirror recommended.

Product needs improvement
These are too delicate. The needle is not always placed in the center of its base causing it to slant. So when you install it the needle bends. Otherwise, they work okay, if you get a straight one in the package.

Home electric hair removal it is not
This does not work at all. You will hardly feel a tingle, and the hair does not remove. This product was horrible.

More effective than laser
This is my second machine. The first one was used frequently and didn't last much more than a year. Well worth the investment. Cheaper than one salon treatment and just as effective.

Stylet was broken
When I removed from package the stylet was broken

Do not buy it
My relative used it for 3 months. Bought second one to make sure that treatment was long enough to solve the issue. It doesn't work. You will end up with dark scars and unsolved problem.
