It is pretty good for those who are under high stress, you will notice even some improvements as they are distracted while playing with the cube.One suggestion would be just buying a black and white one instead of pure black as it is black and white with white plastic painted with black color leading to black fingers depending on how long you keep playing with it more black your hands will be so if you have purchased pure black by mistake wash it before using.
