Klein Tools 56048 Rechargeable LED Headlamp, Adjustable Fabric Strap, 400 lms, All-Day Runtime, for Work, Running, Outdoor Hiking

Installed the light on my hardhat two years ago and it is still working great. Usually gets me through 12 hours without charging. Three brightness settings work for all situations. I am noticing the elastic strap is worn out and will need replacement soon.

Snaps right into the Klein hardhat no problem. No real weight difference that I can tell on my hardhat. Light sequencing is a little odd at first going from Med, Dim and Bright light settings in that order. Battery life is a little to be desired but charging daily after shift is a non issue and gets me thru a 10-12 hour shift no problems with fairly regular use, it doesn’t survive 2 full shifts. The positions that the light rotates is nice but I did break it after a piece of equipment hit it. Light still works no problem just won’t move now, not going to take a star off of the review and I see that as a me issue and not a product issue. Would recommend for any Klein wearing hardhats.

Perfect item warranty is amazing

I use mine ALL the time. It's got to the point where it's hard not to have it on. And as a result of near constant use on an almost daily basis for years, the little male bracket plastic rod connecting the headlight to the plastic headlight bracket on the head strap, broke off. I glued it back on, and then yesterday knocked into some plywood with my head and the plastic I glued on broke off. So time to replace it or hopefully Klein will fix me a warranty replacement for the part.

Long battery life, a couple of different light settings. You can easily change the size to ensure a good fit. Reliable brand and great Value when compared to similar quality. This is my pocket tool flash light that I use every day at work, having the two buttons makes it easier for the quick use situations, or limited battery. Rather than running through all of the brightness settings before shutting off.

This is a very bright light. I like that it’s simple to use, some headlights are way more complicated than they should be. Only thing I don’t like is that it starts flashing when it needs to be charged. I’d much prefer it just dim out until it dies. That flash is annoying when you’re already crawling around in an attic doing HVAC
