Rock solid great addition
I have incorporated these into my 2 hour workouts, 3 times per week. The multiple options for grip angles provide for great training. I use them with short cable extensions on my 410 lb upgraded BowFlex. I'm 64 and I kick butt. These things deserve much of the credit.

Amazing quality! Great product for great deal.
I was surprised at how heavy duty these are. I almost bought a cheaper set but now I see why I spend more. These have grips and are pretty heavy pieces. Yes, the metal spring snaps are a little sharp here and there, but they aren't for a toddler to use so no problem here. Great product at a great price! Def recommend this set!
