Short version:I didn’t think I’d like stress balls as much as I did and I was pleasantly surprised. The quality is beautiful, the scent is warm and calming and it lingers on your hand, and the product and packaging are eco-friendly and lovely to look at. They do exactly as advertised and perform well under stress. Some proof editing corrections were recommended and they’ve promised to address these. I would definitely recommend this product.Long version:The stress balls are contained within a white cardboard tube with the MindPanda logo on the side. The balls are sealed inside by two small round bits of tape. When you take off the lid you will find three stress balls, individually packaged in small bags that are 100% organic, 100% compostable and 100% biodegradable.My first impression was an appreciation for the simplicity and cleanliness of the design and for the environmentally friendly packaging. MindPanda have definitely understood and mastered a clean, simple and calming presentation to their products. I find myself somehow both calm and excited just "unboxing" my orders.My stress balls came with two small sheets with suggestions for exercises, plus some discounts and a QR code for a mindfulness app. I have not looked at this app yet but I looked at the sheets in detail. Cleaning instructions are inside the tube as well. There were a few spelling errors but I’ve recommended corrections for these which MindPanda’s team have promised to look over.The balls themselves look and feel high quality. The stitching is secure, the lettering is clear, and there’s a subtle, soothing fragrance to each ball that lingers on your hand as you use it. They are a little less vibrant in colour compared to the photographs but I’ll put that down to advertising/photo editing. They're certainly vibrant enough, in any case.Initially I was wary because I haven’t used or felt the urge to use a stress ball as an outlet, but I did find them soothing to use. My “preferred” way to use it seems to be to give it a light squeeze, turn the ball with my thumb and finger a little bit, squeeze again, and keep rotating and squeezing. They do provide a concise set of instructions so even new users like me can learn how to use them.In terms of improvements and ideas, I’d like to see more in other colours or even a customisable colour set so I could get three balls in colours I love. When ordering them I struggled to pick a set due to the colour options but I eventually settled on the sun orange, charcoal and jade one. It might be interesting to have different scent options as well, which could be a promotional idea, perhaps.All in all, I’m quite fond of these stress balls. That they’re eco-friendly makes them even more likeable. I would recommend buying them.

The 3 balls come in a sturdy tube. There's a soft, medium and hard ball. I'm using the soft now and it's fantastic. Not sure if it's supposed to have a fragrance, but it smells really nice, and the motivational messages on it are a nice touch. The balls are very well constructed, should last me a lifetime, are very comfortable to hold and squeeze. Early days, but already helping my arthritic finger.

Nice packaging with hand exercise instructions showing different strengthening techniques (easy to follow). Three levels to choose: hard, medium, soft however, there is not much difference between the medium and soft balls. The soft ball should be a lot more easier to squeeze. The texture is like plasticine (mould around fingers as you grip). Three different colours and worded: soft/medium/hard to different between them. Overall nice product well worth the investment to improve hand strength and coordination.

Really great for stress but also for strengthening hands or wrist for mobility. Just enough reistance for gentle controlled movements. Also came with illustrations of exercises to try. They are well made and are soft to touch. Would recommend to a friend

I am giving this 5 stars quite simply because it a very good aid to recovery for wrist fracture and it does seem well made with a fun and pleasing design. The three grades of tension are in principle very good for progress, but there needs to be greater differentiation between the softest and the mid tension. They are too much alike.

just what I need to help with strengthen tendon in forearm and hands, have nice smells and has a exercise guide which helps, good value and 3 different strengths from soft, medium to firm comes in a handy storage tube and each ball can be used anywhere, definitely recommend

The MindPanda balls arrived in a pack of two when part of the description said there were three balls. I have returned the pack of two and reordered the pack of three. Price difference tiny ?The actual balls seemed very good…
