8 PIN CB Microphone Plug

Plug seems of typical Chinese quality. BUT - Be careful when soldering. The pin numbers on the solder side do not match the pin numbers on the connector side. It's not just the "mirror image" numbers reversed left to right thing. The numbers on the solder side are actually shifted "around the clock". So pin ONE on the front is pin TWO on the back, etc. Weird numbering problem was present on two connectors that I purchased. So if it was a fluke, it occured in the lot, not just one connector.

The connections didn't like solder very well.

seems to be right, have not wired it up yet, so can't say for sure about how well it works

Appears to be of adequate quality, but it fits into my K2 microphone jack more tightly than I care for.

Connector is just fine and the cost is right!
