Works well, I would buy again.
Nice heat-sink. I used some generic 'white' heat sink paste on the Raspberry Pi 4 B and this heat sink lowered the CPU temperature by 10 degrees C. So it works well. It is well made and has a nice finish. I have the PI mounted to the backside of the display, and I was able to drill out the threads of the heat-sink and use the supplied 12mm screws to attach the heat-sink to the existing display standoffs. This is really nice as many of the heat-sinks need much longer screws to mount this way. But here the supplied screws worked. See the picture below that shows the supplied screws being used to secure the RP-4 B to an existing Display Mount. Bottom line: I would buy this again.

Does the job well
Fits well, keeps the pi cool without a fan, and easy to install!

Effective heating that does the job.
Impressive heat sink for my pi 4 picoreplayer. I needed one that would allow me to add a digi hat and this one worked great. It lowered the temp by 10 degrees inside a vented plastic case, the heatsink was also 5 degrees cooler than using that same vented case with a fan. Thus, I could cool my pi 4, keep the case I like and eliminate the fan. In my case without fan, the temp stays right at 50 ° C, YMMV. I did use thermal grease and it would have been nice if they had included a small dab with the heatsink.

Great Heat sink, fits inside of the Silverstone CS-PI02B
I bought this heat sink for my Silverstone CS-PI02B. I wasn't thrilled with the tiny heat sinks included with the CS-PI02B. So I bought this since it looked like it would fit inside of of the Silverstone CS-PI02B, and it does! You just need to buy longer screws to secure this heat sink to the logic board via the threading on the bottom of the Silverstone CS-PI02B case. If you don't have a screw size checker, the size is M2.5-0.45. Amazon has this size, fortunately! 16mm length is right about what you'll need to ensure a good tight seal. This makes number two
Love this heat sink fits like a glove, even got it to fit inside a standard Cana kit plastic case by trimming and filing a few places in the pi case, didn’t even have to remove the fan.

Good quality Heatsink
Good quality Heatsink for Raspberry Pi 4. I have added small fan on 3.3V and used good quality thermal paste instead of included thermal tape. That might helped with possible contact issues, although I could not tell if there is an issue with that or not. I was running the load tests for 1 hour and it was keeping the CPU and GPU between 45C-49C (with no overclocking). During the normal load, it keeps temperature on 37C.

Better than the stock blocks
Being bigger, it disperses the heat further away from the chips. Looks boss

Temps peaked at 45c open and 50c in a case with vent holes. Super happy with that
Bought this to avoid using a fan - works great fanless.. of course even better with fan.

Just delivers promised.
Fits the board, dissipates heat well, no fan needed. Thermal pads included, screws are included. Use it on Raspberry Pi 4B as Home Assistant hub.
