The coarse file did a great job grinding off my thick heel callouses that my wife was complaining about. Quick acting, then shifted to the 'medium' one, equally great. The 'fine' one seems to do nothing, but I don't care, the overall results have been fantastic. BTW, I used to just use my orbital sander. That worked, but this is equally effective and a bit more convenient.

I did some research before purchasing this particular foot file; I peeked at the brand used by the salon I regularly go to for my pedis. They always file my feet at every visit, leaving them feeling soooo soft & smooth that I almost want others to touch it (but I'm not really a foot person, so stay away *wink!*).[+] Same brand my salon uses (& I trust them, so ...)[+] Reasonable price[+] Comfortable handle[+] Works well on wet or dry feet[+] Handy carrying case (& bonus file in this set) to take with to the gym or when travelingIt takes some getting used to (I've cut myself before), but I'd you're comfortable having someone else file your feet with a similar tool, just follow their lead in terms of pressure to apply & direction to file (nowadays, I apply a fair amount of pressure & have no issue filing in any direction).

Work very good easy handle

Having worked in a podiatry office, the is the best product I have found to manage dry skin and calluses. Simple to use and easy to clean. While the larger file easily reduces thick areas, the smaller one is perfect for smoothing those areas to eliminate sock fuzz.

Honestly did not think this would work so well, had some dry flaking and peeling on the bottoms of my feet cleared it up in minutes and they have been baby smooth ever since!
