This Asus Monitor has been performing great so far. It arrived extremely well packaged with zero damage. It is connected to my mini PC via the Display Port and I have been enjoying crystal clear, vibrant animation, movies and images ever since.My Mini PC mounted securely to the back of the monitor via the VESA holes and it didn't affect the tilting action of the screen. The Webcam works great, slightly cheap feeling, but it works as it should. I am not looking to achieve earth shattering super hi definition video calls...Just enough to see and hear clearly. The webcam achieves this, so I am happy. I like that the menu controls are actual buttons and not touch or rocker type ones...This make it super easy to navigate menus.Good, affordable, and clear!

This was a replacement for an aging Viewsonic monitor. The borderless design is great for multi monitor configurations. The design is clean and sleek. The performance in terms of brightness and clarity was noticeable from the start. The camera works very well, but you might need a high bandwidth cable for best performance.

Received the monitor yesterday. Setup was easy. I had to Google how to set up video and speakers as defaults bc the instructions were not great.I agree with other reviews that the speaks are terrible. If you are thinking about using this a default speaker - don’t. The sound is tinny and low. I reverted back to speakers in my laptop which was basic but 1000% better than the sound coming from this monitor.If you’re looking for a basic monitor with webcam built in for WFH, this is good choice. I got the open boxed version at discount. Otherwise, I would gone with another option with better sound and add a webcam on my own.

Excellent equipment. Easy to set up. Clear images. Good color. Nice size for desktop. Camera is good quality in terms of images. Would have been better if it could tilt as well as swivel. Speakers not of good sound quality. Overall, excellent for the price.

I bought this for Zoom teledoc calls, mistakenly thinking it would be better than my Samsung video conferencing monitor.I was wrong. Lots of cons, most especially the world's worst tech support. Absolutely useless call center that couldn't help me troubleshoot why a new monitor wouldnt work with my Windows 10 desktop.I just needed basic help to get the mic, speaker and web cam working. I called these bozos 7 times, then gave up. Awful. I boxed up the monitor to return it. I wish I never bought it.Flaws:1.n100% non-height adjustable. Think telephone book for adjusting height.2. You have to assemble the 2 part base.3. Build quality is really cheap.4. The volume control and mic are turned OFF out of the box. You have to use the 6 buttons on the face of the monitor to find those buried settings. Apparently, ASUS Tech Support doesn't know this?5. I couldnt figure out why the web cam didnt work outa the box. After 7 tries with the ASUS overseas support, I realized it was better to just return it.I hope ASUS mgmt gets a better call center. It's the worst, and I used to work in support, so I know.Do you really want to deal with ASUS support to save a few bucks? (Answer: you don't. )

Very good basic monitor.Really appreciate having multiple inputs. VGA, HDMI and Display. Use it to test computer repairs and works perfect.

I've had this monitor for about 6 months. When I first got it, it worked great. The picture quality was crisp, no delay, and the webcam was awesome. Fast forward a couple of months and things start to decline.For zoom meetings/classes, the screen will flicker uncontrollably. The webcam works, but every time I want to use it I now have to unplug and re-plug the USB to my laptop, otherwise, it cannot seem to turn on.Both of these problems have only gotten worse over time, and I have done so many tests to see if my computer is the problem, or if it is the monitor. I've uninstalled, updated, and re-installed the drivers, adjusted zoom's setting, gone to customer support for my laptop, etc. Nothing is able to fix these issues however.Prior to the flickering/non-working webcam, I loved this monitor. Now, it has become a nuisance to work with and is very frustrating at times. I urge potential buyers to look at other options

I'm not a gamer. I gave this monitor 3 stars in the gaming category with the intent of conveying a neutral rating. As an overall rating I give this ASUS business monitor 5 stars. I like the 23.8" size as it's big enough to easily see my spreadsheets, Word documents, Google maps, fun or informative videos, etc. - just perfect for my needs. I like the resolution or clarity. I find my eyes are not easily fatigued even with hours of continuous use. It sits sturdily on my desk and though the tilt function is limited, it's fine for me. .
