My favorite affordable foundation. I have been using this for 10 years and it never disappoints. It stays on all day with no issues. The colors 03 and 04 are perfect for my skin tone depending if I've been in the sun or not, I switch back and forth. I use a primer underneath and it always holds nicely. This foundation is a medium coverage. It's great for covering larger pores or imperfections from acne. I highly recommend if you are looking for something that works and also affordable.

I’ve been using the Milani Conceal + Perfect 2-in-1 Foundation in shade 04 Medium Beige, and honestly, it really impressed me. I love it because it gives great coverage without feeling heavy, and it saves me time since it's both a foundation and a concealer.The shade blends nicely with my skin and leaves a beautiful finish — not too shiny, not too matte. I mostly use it when I want my skin to look more even and fresh without layering too many products. The best part is it lasts for hours, even on hot days.

Most inexpensive base I’ve ever purchased by far. A girlfriend was wearing it and it was so nice I asked what she was wearing. I use over the maybelline toner and it’s flawless. I asked the department store rep that I go to all the time and she agreed it’s perfect. Can’t beat the performance of this base and especially the price

Almost the right color just a shade darker than I thought it would be It's nice to have concealer and foundation together I want to get just a shade lighter for my skin tone I will order another oneFeels good on my skin foundation last 12 hours or more great quality

I really like this foundation it gives full coverage without feeling heavy or cakey and it blends in smoothly and covers redness and spots really well and I don’t need to use much, and it lasts all day without needing touch ups it also works great with my other makeup products and doesn’t dry out my skin and im really happy with how natural it looks its lightweight and definitely one of my new go to foundations!

Not a lightweight foundation. This is full coverage. On the pluses, it covers a lot. Very opaque. Creamy with a radiant finish. Smell is barely noticeable. Wide range of colors.On the flipside, very difficult to use without being cakey. I used a spatula brush, foundation brush, fingers but still cakey. It might work best with a damp sponge. Finally mixed it with mineral primer, ELF in the white pump bottle, and managed to sheer it out enough to lay down a thinner coat. I did exfoliate and moisturize previously. See picture.The color is tricky. I needed a cool pinkish hue and thought this was it but it's too light. Makes me look washed out. After adding some liquid blush to it, the color is better. All in all, this product is too difficult to work with and I'd not recommend.

The product is real nice. I like the texture and how easily it blends. I tested it with my fingers and it just blended so nicely into the skin. Leaves a nice glowy finish and gives just the perfect amount of coverage

Hands down this is the best foundation I’ve ever used on my dry skin! It’s better then expensive brands. This paired with the concealer is flawless.
