Good Quality Products
Umai has good quality items. I've tried their seasonings, casings and other things and I've always been pleased. I'd recommend them to anybody else.

Perfect seasoning.
Bought these for my first attempt at salumi with the Umai dry bags. They worked perfect and everybody loved the results. Will buy again.

Great Product
My Italian grandparents came from Italy and made these products the old school way. Umai makes it just as good if not safer and better.

Made some decent peperoni. Could be a bit spicier but the UMAi system is great. Put it in the fridge and check it in 2 weeks. No continuous monitoring of temp and humidity.

The. Flavor of the packs have much to be desired . Not very flavorful had to add my own spices to make it taste good
