Fantastic to keep hunger away
Great product it’s thickening so you can see how you don’t feel Hungary because if leave it in fridge like I do once made it in the morning in thickens up a lot , very nice flavour too , going to try the others, best I’ve found

Surprisingly decent
Protein Works stuff goes on sale pretty often, so the pricing is a big plus. I grabbed this 500g bag for £8 to give it a go and it was a pleasant surprise.I've tried it a few ways: with semi-skimmed milk, soy milk, and just plain water. It definitely mixes easiest with water (no clumps), but the taste is much better with some sort of milk (small clumps). The vanilla flavour comes through more and it's creamier. The vanilla flavour itself is fairly tame. It's sweetened with sucralose, so it still tastes sweet without all the sugars. The texture is really interesting. You get little bits from the oats and flaxseed, which gives it a nice whole-food feel instead of being a completely smooth powder. It seems properly nutritionally balanced too. It's got a good mix of different proteins that release at different speeds, healthy fats from things like avocado and flax, and even includes extras like MCTs and Ashwagandh. Feels like a well thought out product that kept me full for 3-4 hours. For the price, it's a solid 4 stars for meal replacement powder.

Very chocolaty, fulfilling thick shake
It’s great. If you’re unwell and have trouble digesting food but need to keep your vitamins up, I highly recommend. Cheaper than Huel and less sugary than Complan. 3 shakes a day is a good 1200 calories and the texture is thick. A bit gritty but you have got to mix it well, I use barista oat milk. The chocolate flavour is rich, it’s very chocolaty.

Great Tasting Meal Replacement
This is by far the best tasting meal replacement I've ever had. I've been very sick for some time and during my illness I've had difficulty eating and digesting food. This was an absolute God-send. It blends well, it tates gorgeous and the ingredients are first class.

Works best with milk make sure you mix well
I’ve been using this shake to help add extra calories to my diet while trying to gain weight, and it works brilliantly. It’s very filling and mixes smoothly if you take a bit of care. The flavour really stands out when mixed with milk instead of water, making it both satisfying and enjoyable. Great choice for anyone looking to boost their calorie intake without feeling like a chore

It's okay
It's alright, it's okay, does the job. I don't like to have it as a shake though. I like to mix in just 100mls milk, and mix it into a thick ready break style paste, giving it a tiny bit of chew. Feels more like a meal that way. That's just me though, but it's mixes well like that, despite needing a somewhat gentle approach, to avoid powder getting knocked out the bowl, and a little patience to get the consistency right. The flavour likely won't blow anyone away. It's tolerable, it's fine, shouldn't make you gag, but almost certainly won't light you up! I think this is the main reason why this one is so much cheaper than the Chocolate alternative, which is the only other one I've tried, but it costs a bomb, when compared to this! The trade off is reasonable. A little cheaper, less tasty, ah well!

Not good nor bad
This is first time I am using similar product so take this review with a pinch of salt.Foremost I should say that I take regular medication for heartburn (Omeprazole) and with that I almost never get heartburn. Unfortunately drinking this product gives me pretty bad one straight away. I am hoping that my body will adjust.Packaging is probably the biggest let down. The "zip" seal at the top is very weak and does not zip properly. If you manage to zip it the whole way, once you slightly press the pack it will unzip again. There is a scoop indeed but you have to dig through the whole bag to find it - something I found quite unpleasant. Generally speaking I would prefer a tub instead of a bag.I got the chocolate taste which tastes quite nice, I don't have to force myself to drink it. Consistency has been a little surprising for me. Firstly there are pieces in it, which might be normal and just surprising for me as a new user. They are not non-mixed powder, I make sure to mix it well, but more like small particles of oats or such. Also the way they portray the product I was expecting thick liquid but this is no different than normal protein shake.Lastly, I don't find the portion anyhow more filling than drinking a protein shake. I am on a diet and in training so it gets me through to dinner, but I cannot say I would have any feeling of fullness after drinking it.

It's good
The taste is good and it actually fulls you. I've had this for my lunch mon-friday with a banana snack and I don't start getting hungry till 4.30-5 and because its a shake I have it while driving between jobs. You can just shake it in the bottle to mix it but I prefer blending, it goes so much smoother. I have it with semi skimmed milk. 10 out of 10.
