I’ve taken fish oil for over ten years and I attribute a lot of my good health to this.This formula is pretty standard for fish oil capsules, with each “serving” containing about 500mg of both DHA and EPA. The company claims to test their products for impurities which is very important for fish oil since it can be compromised with heavy metals.My only issue with this brand is that, as of this review, the price is really high, especially since a serving is 2 softgels. You can get fish oil at a much more reasonable price. Maybe they will lower it, but, at that price point, it’s really expensive.
