The clock motor keeps slipping after every few hours and the clock hands stops working. The seconds hand is not very smooth while moving from 12-6.Got a replacement but the item had the glass broken and seemed like it had been returned by another consumer which was re-sent since it did not have the warranty card and the packaging was not like the previous one.Finally got a refund done.Hope the issues are addressed since the clock looks beautiful if all works well.Finally got a similar looking Titan clock for peace of mind (although more expensive)

I recd the clock yesterday with good packing and item found intact.. This clock looks beautiful with silent sweeping second hand (no noise at all..!). But this one is not a fully covered side body. However, it looks good with gold rose bezel/digits and black background.. Second/minute/ hour handles are of Gold color. Battery was also included in this clock..Rate is little bit high,except that, everythings are fine..!

We had to get a new clock machine installed locally and it cost us 400/- for that. It looks fab but quality very average. Also there is no service centre in bangalore to claim warranty
