Poorly designed product and poor customer service
We purchased this for $300 through Outdoor Supply Company here on Amazon. After each weekend use on the lake we deflated, dried, and stored in a cold dry area. Within 2.5 months a seam tore and the backrest would not hold air. I called Bestway and after being put on hold for 20 minutes was informed that they provided no warranty past 30 days. This is a subpar product. You are better off buying cheaper products sold through Wal-Mart or Costco. Bestway was not even apologetic about the issue.

Loved this for our pond
Loved this for our pond, but for 2 things:1) The canopy didn't last at all. The poles are very flimsy. We have a lot of wind, so we were careful to take the canopy down when not in use, but they still just didn't hold up. They were all bent up very quickly and in no time the canopy was just useless. If you have any sort of breeze, or reason to take the canopy up and down with any regularity, don't plan on having the canopy for long.2) The net in the bottom was great too, but after about a month and a half, someone stood up in it and it broke through - fortunately the person was a swimmer because he went straight down. Since we were past the 30 days for return, we were told we were SOL on getting a replacement, so I can't say as I'm too happy with the customer service. It's still nice for just floating around on, and sturdy other than the 2 items noted above, but not half as nice as when we had the net and the canopy. Losing the net, especially, makes it less safe for kids. We have it anchored in the middle of the pond and it makes a good central point for hanging out. The rope that goes around the outside is handy for tying up paddle boards and other floaties, and we often end up turning it into a little party barge. For the price, it's pretty fun, just don't expect it to hold up long term unless it will be very sheltered and you're a very mellow and careful crew :-)

Would be great if there was better quality control
I really enjoy how large this inflatable is however the quality of the PVC is low. Out of the box it had a leak in the main air compartment right at the seam which makes it really hard to patch. I was able to patch it enough to use it for a short time before having to put air back in. The PVC in general looks like it would be punctured very easily. The design however is very cool and fun to use.

Pretty good product.
This is a pretty good buy for the price I got it at. The major flaws that I have seen were the canopy supports breaking when the wind picked up, which is not really uncommon but again it happened rather quickly for me. The second thing that I have that is wrong is some how or another the back support is leaking air, I have to look into where. The part that amazes me is the mesh netting it is well built and I have no issues there, even with kids jumping on it and people standing on it. Over all I would recommend this product if you are in the market for something along these lines, it is big, fills up rather quickly, and seats a good amount of people. I also haven't tried towing behind a boat, and don't plan to.

Good time
The Island worked well. We had a windy Saturday so the canopy acted a bit like a sail and the anchor bag didn't hold us in place, but was better on Sunday with less wind. Our issues were with our air pump day 2 as it was running out of air and this really needs to be fully inflated. We did not fill every seat, but often and 4 large adults and a couple kids on it with great success. 14 year old and 7 year old enjoyed jumping off of it and a 2 year old loved sitting in the netted section in front of the chairs.

Love this thing!
We bought this and use it once a week each year at the lake. We use our own anchors as the sand bags just aren't enough to hold it in place. We have used it for 4 years. Last year it was deflating slowly on us. I repaired a crack in the cup holder, a spot in the seam on the underside, as well as a spot that must have hit a rock or something. (Insert plug for flex seal) We are going on year five. The wind took the canopy down last year and the fiberglass support legs failed. Now sure how we will take care of that this year. You should wash this up after use, let dry, and roll up and store. We purchased a large tote with wheels and a pull handle to lug it to the lake. It does take time to fill but I love this thing and really hope the company makes another just like it as I'm guessing we are on the last year. Wish this plastic was recyclable.

Took out to Cumberland for the weekend. Kept blown up all weekend, never had to add air. Very sturdy. Had up to 8 people on it at a time. Netting held up as well, with people standing in it (even though were told not to!). Can't wait to take it out again next year.
