All the features I need at an attractive price
The Sony RX100 range of cameras is very small, making it difficult to hold in some shooting situations.The Newmowa hand grip/min tripod makes using the camera so much easier - camera on/off, lens zoom control and individual buttons for still pictures or videos. Typical, other controls you might need require button pressing or control movement, but they can be easy carried out whilst holding the camera by the hand grip. I don`t think I shall ever use the mini tripod, but with the legs folded, the handgrip works well. The own brand Sony which does exactly the same is 3 times the price, so an ideal purchase if it keeps working.

Worked first time, however ...
I mounted and connected my a6000 and the unit worked the first time. However, the unit looks and feels plasticky, almost toy like. The images shown on Amazon are misleading due to them portraying the unit as having a matt finish (the handle is shiny) and being larger than it actually is.

Doesn’t work with zv-1
The wire they provide is usb C to micro usb which is not correct for the ZV-1 so is therefore useless, I noted someone else said this in a previous review too. The wire that’s required is a usb C to mini B for anyone else with the same camera.

Useful tool for my Sony RX100M6
At the moment I have to say I haven't used it very much yet but have had only it for a couple of weeks. I have tested it at home and it is extremely versatile so looking forward to getting out and about and get it used in the outdoors. Just remember to take the USB cable along with you on your travels, I forgot the first time but won't do that again.

Highly recommend!
Highly recommend this product. The same as what Sony offers only your not paying the extortionate price. Plus you can switch camera on and off with a button on the mini tri pod which you can not do on Sony's.

Very good mini tripod/grip
Very impressive i'm waiting for my Sony ZV1 in the meanwhile i'm using my old trusted friend Sony HX60 , it holds the camera well and the controls are very good and it's over a third of the price of the Sony tripod/grip,the build quality is the only thing that lets it down however if you treat it with respect it should last you a while. I am very pleased with my purchase.
