I have been skooting my pastry sheets all over the counter for 40 years! What a joy to have one that adheres to the counter and lifts up easily and cleans up easily (even dishwasher safe). It has measurements and other handy things on the sheet. I bought the XXL and didn't feel it was too large. A great product.

I highly recommend this pastry mat. Its large size makes it easy to roll out dough and assemble pastry items all on the mat. I love the measuring lines on the side that help me to make sure my pastry pieces are equally measured. This is also very easy to clean, and sticks very well to the countertop. I was very happily surprised when I opened the box and saw the card offering a complementary dough scraper. I wish I would have purchased this pastry mat along time ago.

Clean up is a breeze.

This is a very large mat with printed diameters. It will be great for rolling pastry, kneading bread and forming sweet roll dough. Very happy with my purchase.

This mat is extra large, good for rolling large pizza crusts, biscuits etc... It is very thin, and I found that dough sticks easily to it so you have to use alot of flour or cornmeal on the surface. If you are looking for a thick mat, this isn't it. If you are looking for large surface size, it is exactly as described.
