I like the look of this bird seed. When I plant it how long does it take for the birds to come up?

It depends on weather conditions and time of year. In order to have birds showing up in Springtime, one must sow the bird seed in early winter and if living in snow country, take the time to keep the seeds clear of the snow. This takes dedication and time so if you're not willing to do so, I suggest sowing the bird seed in late Spring in order to have an Autumn crop of birds. (By the way, thanks for the laughs!)

When I tried to feed lower grade seed to the birds after they ate this, they shovel it out. They love this! I was buying Purina which was equally expensive.
