very good quality cables and robust USB 3.0 ports for many PC modding projects.
I purchased two of these to use them for a PC modding project. tested them both intensely with many different devices like wireless receivers dongles, USB WiFi adapters, Bluetooth USB adapters, USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 flash drives for about 3 days now and I didn't have any issue nor any error with them. strongly recommended for many DIY mods.the cable length is 20 inch (50cm) exactly which is one of my main reasons to purchase these instead of many others. the quality of the materials used for the ports and wires are very good and very well crafted. definitely buying these again for any similar future project.

Easy to modify to fit
I used this to replace the USB 3.0 ports on the I/O panel of a Corsair 400R case, since Corsair no longer sells the replacement cable. I used a razor knife to trim the ears off (soft plastic) and shorten the bodies to fit, then hot-glued them into place. They stick out about 2mm, but that's hidden by the dongles for my mouse and keyboard, which is what I use them for.Buttoned things up, and it works fine.

Good replacement for Coolermaster H500M I/O panel
One of the external USB ports on my case ripped out when it got stuck in a flash drive. this would cause a short and I had to take apart the I/O panel and remove both ports or I would get a USB short code and my system wouldn't start. I could have bought a replacement from Coolermaster but that was a lot more money and longer shipping. While this is not a direct fit since one of the screw holes didn't line up it was the correct depth. Drilled a small hole in the metal for the other screw and installed the assembly. Now I have front USB 3.0 ports again and these cables are more flexible than the stock cables

nice cable, flexes easily
I got this cable so I could replace the stock USB 3 on my front I/O of my thermal take Core V1. The stock cable was thick and very hard to flex, this new cable is much slimier and flexes much easier. Should relieve a lot of strain on my mobo USB header.pro:looks and feels well made.flexes easilycons:attaches a bit to aggressively to the USB header, use caution if disconnecting.some brand thumb drive will need to be inserted with more force than normal.other thoughts:dose NOT natively fit the core V1, I don't want to mislead anyone with my opening statement. Cable had to be modded, I knew that before purchasing.

Works great!
Bought this for use with the Mailiya PCI-E to USB 3.0 5-Port PCI Express Expansion Card in order to attach an internal multi-card reader. It's working great and I have had no issues with the cable or the card.

Bought to add more USB to an older case...
I picked up a pair of these in the 3 foot length to replace and supplement/relocate the USB ports on a DEEPCOOL Steam Castle PC case- the unit as shipped had a single USB 2.0 and 3.0 port on a side panel, and I'm modding the case to move them to the front panel. I will update this review with pictures of the finished mod and how things turn out.
