This is a great choice for an inexpensive knee brace. I wrap it directly on my skin and pull it as tight as I can. Wearing it all day does not cause any skin irritation. The XL is a good size for a large person. The way this brace is made, I would say the XL size will fit sizes that would normally be an XL, all the way up to what would normally be a 3 or 4XL. I am a big man with big legs and knees, 6'3" tall and about 330# and it fits my knee with room to spare. It's a simple yet great design, the XL fits a lot of big sizes. It works so well that I bought a second one that I occasionally wear on the other knee, or while this one is being washed. VELCRO STRAPS: The velcro straps work great. I have been wearing this brace 5 days a week for 3½ months now and all of the velcro still grips almost like when it was new. On the weekends, I wear the second brace while this one gets washed. I have read a couple of reviews saying that the velcro stops sticking after a few weeks. The only way I can see that happening is if the brace picks up lint from other items when it's being washed or dried. If this is the case, a lint removal brush should take care of that. Also, after washing, I hang mine up to dry instead of using a clothes dryer. The velcro holds tight and stays in place all day.

The brace is pretty good. It provided good support for my knee during my workout classes. It’s easy to put on, but the velcro sticks easily to almost anything it can stick to - that’s pretty frustrating. It allows for good range of motion and stays in place, for the most part. I found myself having to pull it up (it slid down) during certain exercises (mountain climbers, burpees). The stretch allows for a pretty tight and snug fit. I wore it on top of my leggings. Because of the material, I found that when I took it off I had done quite a bit of sweating under the brace. Proper fit/ordering the right size is important.

This is the second time I've ordered this brace as a way to tolerate working on my feet with a "bum" knee. It's great as a quick, easy-to-fit, supportive brace for about 5-6 months, after which the straps start to lose their stretch, and the velcro starts to weaken. I must say, though, that before that happens, it's a great, comfortable brace that offers a pretty good amount of support.

I've had this for only a few days now, so I can't speak as to longevity. However, as a major klutz who seems to keep injuring her left knee, this has been great over the last few days! It's very adjustable and fits well over lounge pants, jeans and more dressy office clothes (I'm wearing it pretty much all the time except while sleeping to try to keep from re-injuring my knee to allow it to finally heal). My knee is 17" in diameter, and the XL fits beautifully and is very adjustable. It's not the most supportive knee brace I've ever seen, but as I didn't want to go to the doctor and and pay for a very expensive orthopedic knee brace, it's good enough for my needs. The support stabilizers are silicone rather than metal which does limit the amount of support, but it's been helpful in providing some support while doing basic daily activities (walking, minimal stairs to get onto my front porch, etc). I don't think this would be the best bet for jogging or running. It's for support, not immobilizing a severely injured knee. You can't beat it for the price!

it helped with relieving the pain in my knee, thus the 3 stars. however I bought it hoping it would stay in place and not slide down when exercising and was disappointed, thus only 3 stars. would probably stay in place if you're just walking but anything involving deep bending of the knee i.e. basketball, weight lifting, and it will slide down like a traditional neoprene sleeve. so I don't see the point in spending the extra money on this brace if thats what you're looking for a brace for.

I'm 6'7" tall and everything about me is big, including my knee caps. It took me a while to find the braces I needed. These barely fit, but I don't blame the braces for this. They're good braces and I'm happy to have them. I didn't need the super-duper braces with lots of bulky metal hardware. Yes, I was looking for good support for my knees, but I also wanted "low profile" braces that I could wear under my long-legged pants once cold weather arrived. These fit the bill for that. How they fit under several of my long-legged pants was one of the first things I checked out. Right now I happily wear them to the gym every day while wearing my shorts. I find these braces to be comfortable and they provide me stability and give me the confidence to move however I choose to. At times, I forget that I'm wearing these braces....that's a good thing. As for durability, I don't yet know how that will play out. I've only had them for about a week. As of now, I'm very happy to have purchased these braces.

Brace arrived on time. Although I do not need it every day, it has GREATLY helped on days that I DO need it, The brace fits quite snugly, but is not uncomfortable. I have experienced no slipping, as there is some sort of "gel" compound on the inside that reduces or eliminates slippage. I am not highly active, so I cannot speak to those who use it while playing games and such. But, if anything, I would say the Velcro is TOO strong. If I were to have one complaint, it would be that, but since I have weaker hands after my stroke, I will not ding it for that. The follow-up customer service by EztFit is great. They have sent several emails with tips ranging from the order to fit the straps to your leg to methods to even control the inflammation in the first place. In my past, there have been times when I have twisted my ankle and was prone to re-twisting for weeks. If this ever happens again, I will CERTAINLY be purchasing their ankle brace. Thank you EzyFit for a great product.

I have had knee pain from bone on bone for last 3 to 4 years... This brace does a great job stabilizing my and really improving my mobility and decreasing my pain... Wish I had found it earlier.

En raison d'un problème d'arthrose à un genou récemment majoré par un épanchement de synovie, j'ai commandé trois genouillères différentes pour les porter toute la journée (je monte et je descends beaucoup d'escaliers sur mon lieu de travail). Des trois, celle-ci est très largement ma préférée, je vais re-commander la même pour avoir un rechange. Une autre genouillère que j'ai achetée sur ce site , d'apparence très proche, est plus lourde et trop dure, une autre genouillère élastique me serre trop, celle-ci est parfaite : légère, s'ajuste parfaitement et ne bouge plus, on ne la sent pas. Au déballage le néoprène dégage une petite odeur mais je pense qu'elle disparaîtra au lavage.

Though I have used the product for two months but the Velcro stickness has given up. Initially it was good but after use of two months the velcro opens and doesn’t stick. For such a high price I though it will last for at 6-7 months of use

My knee measures 18" which suggests an extra large size. The middle strap going under the knee is so long that it covers my knee cap. [and is scratching me] The brace is a good as far as support but I will have to purchase a smaller size

Oh. My. God! I have osteoporosis in both my knees AND I have fat knees so everything I have tried before has either rolled down or cut in at some point between my thigh and knee. Not these beauties. They are AWESOME. No roll, no fold, no cut in. Just support, support, support. Made of utterly washable material (30 degree machine wash) and wide boning these are truly the best ever. Just remember when you wash them fold the velcro down so it doesn't get caught on everything. Clean the velcro hooks with a toothbrush to keep them clean and this knee brace will last years.

Jai commandé celle ci sans trop y croire et bien qu'elle satisfaction taille parfaitement maintien très bien Ça fait 2h00 que je la porte avoir avec le temps mais pour le moment C est vraiment parfait
