Very light, easy to adjust. I like that there is a small pocket. I wouldn't put anything heavy likes phone in the pocket, I feel like that would make the best move around too much. But it's great for a key, tissues, or gel pack.

I have to carry two separate cell phones with me at all times. Hip packs bounce around. Running belts are too small. I needed a pocket that could fit everything so I bought this vest. I LOVE IT! It doesn't bounce around and I have the bonus of hi-viz! Woot!

This vest really does fit your body much better than the "one size fits all" styles. My only complaint is that I wish the shoulder straps were a little narrower, and I have pretty broad shoulders. I like the shorter length than most reflective vests and the zip pocket in front is very hand.

I bought this for my small child and I to share. It said if you are a 12 you could choose either size. I am a solid size 12 the small would only look decent if you are flat chested. Opt for the larger size. It never slipped around like the other brands on my running partners.
