It was easy to install. Easier than I thought it would be. Love it!

I'm not sure why other reviewers say this changes hood alignment or dents the hood. Literally took me 5 minutes looking at the instructions and maybe 30 minutes total putting them in. No help needed, its a simple one man job. Use the original hood prop to hold the hood up and install them. As simple as that. I'm happy with them.

I like the lifts and they seem to be working well after a day. I'm a handy guy around the tool shop but the assembly/installations directions are absolutely terrible. And, the video on Youtube wasn't great but helpful. The vendor needs to do a better job on an installation guide.

I love that my hood is easy to open
This is a great product. I installed it in 15 minutes. Hood lift pistons and hardware.

Bad quality screws and holders
Really bad instructions, the clamp that goes in the hood and the strut attachment in that clamp in the instructions are backwards...all the screws went damaged by the allen key... bad soft metal and the metal pieze that holds the clamp that goes in the hood bent and whole pieze is loose and moves...Also it bent the hood to the sides, and by bend it back damaged the side of my truck and paint...won't buy it again... do not waste your money and time on it...
