This is my second time testing out sugaring with no prior experience waxing or anything. I've discovered that sugaring is very messy and can take a bit to get right. For other beginners like me that find this difficult to work with, I suggest getting some epilating strips and a spatula. Both were a lifesaver for me! The strips really help in getting a good grip on the wax to rip it off quickly. The spatula helps apply the wax correctly.For this product, I microwaved it as instructed and was able to use it successfully right away. I did have to microwave it a few times for about 8-10 seconds during the sugaring process as well, to keep the wax at the "toffee-like consistency" the directions describe. There is A TON of product for the price. My first sugar wax was from Sally's and it was a tiny little container that lasted maybe two or three uses, and cost more than this product. This sugar wax is definitely an excellent value. This one also removes body hair on the first try. I'm mainly using this around the bikini area because I have sensitive skin and tend to get razor burns. I also like that this product is all natural so I'm not worried about breaking out or putting unnecessary chemicals into my skin. I have a feeling this product is going to go a long way, but when I do eventually run out, I'll definitely be purchasing again. This one is a must have!

I’ve been using this paste for 5mos now and I’m a own a sugaring salon. I promise you, if you are a professional this brand is PERFECT! If you know how to mix well between firm and soft paste depending of your clients hair type and temp of the room, this paste will not fail you. I’ve been sugaring for 3 years I’ve done HUNDREDS of Brazilians in my career time, believe me when I say THIS is my go to brand. 🙏🏻

Far better than regular wax. First time user here.It took a little but of time to figure out which direction to pull in. Yes it’s sticky after a few pulls but you can wash you hands as needed. Make sure to use baby powder or cornstarch for better adhesive.

Good morning. I hope you are doing well.I was very excited to try this product, as I saw the good reviews. As soon as I received it I tested it. The experience with the firm was great, worked as expected; however, my experience with the all purpose was the worst Ive ever had. The wax is too soft and it does not come out for nothing! Just so you are aware, I did warm it up as instructed and I had the right texture before applying. Luckily, I always try products on my self, before using it on clients. It would have been extremely embarrassing if this had happened with a client.I would like to request a refund for the “all purpose” item or an exchange for another “firm”.Hope to hear from you soon.Thanks.

Okay this was my first time ever waxing so I definitely have a lot to learn but I’ve learned that the wax is easier to handle without gloves and it can’t be too warm when you use it I’d say microwaving it 30 sec is enough, it can’t get messy but again I have a lot to learn. I did get a few bruises but my legs so so soft! Even after a few days! I used it every where I am now as soft as a baby seal 🦭I will definitely continue using and learning how to use it

had to throw it away. I put it in the fridge as it was very soft when I received it. put it in the microwave for less than 30 seconds.Melted and stuck to my skin after 3 pulls. I'm used to sugar waxing and know that this is not supposted to happen. you should be able to wax most of your body with one piece of sugar was. This barely did a quarter of my leg. Had to wash it off and try again - even after putting it back in the fridge it just melted on my skin. Will not purchase again.

I ordered it because i wanted to do home sugar wax. I ordered pack of two, but it does not stick evenly. I cant take it off, and i cant remove hair. Not a good experience. I may go back to strip waxing
