I’m hoping the glue stays because this product is amazing. I installed it at my sliding glass door which needs replacing and has quite a draft. I was looking for something to use for the winter until we can replace the door. This weatherstripping is so fantastic I may just keep the door. It was a little hard to peel off the backing, but as soon as it was done - wow. NO draft. I cut it in 24 inch sections to install so it would be straight. Today it is 19 degrees Fahrenheit and I think I installed this just in time!

Quality of material is good but the tape stripping came off when I tried to peel away the covering. After measuring my windows I had four pieces and only one piece worked.

These work great around windows to help keep out drafts. We have very old windows on our house, and this was easily cut to size and provides a nice seal to keep them insulated. Easy to install with the adhesive, and have lasted for many months so far.

Really great product does a great job insulating drafts between my window and window sash. However- I can’t imagine that the adhesive will remove easily or fully when I try to take the strips off on the spring. The adhesive is very aggressive so I would never put it on a wall or painted surface. My windows frames are coated metal (not wood), so hoping I will be able to scrape them off if necessary. And, because the adhesive is do aggressive, the backing that you have to peel to install is MISERABLE to remove. I spent several frustrating minutes a strip trying to separate the backing from the sticky adhesive. Every time, I ended up removing some of the adhesive with the backing especially at the end I started from, which will be in a corner of my window so a vital area where I need a tight fit. I kept wondering if these sat in a hot warehouse for a very long time, causing the adhesive to breakdown and melt to the backing.

We had bought these to place on the windows in our toddler's room because there was a bit of a draft as well as noise getting into the room. The previous owners did not have the windows sealed very well, but hey, the house was a good deal. Anyways, once I stuck these on the inside of the window, you could immediately tell the difference. If I put my ear close enough, I no longer heard any air getting in, nor did I feel it. Additionally, we lived by tracks, which meant it could be pretty loud. These strips significantly cut down on the noise that was being let in. The adhesive is super sticky and isn't just going to peel itself off and fall on the floor. These turned out to be weather-proofing, and noise-proofing. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking to seal up any leaky windows or gaps you may have.

Firstly, the value of this product is not great. The quality is lacking, with poor adhesion and overall construction. I found that it didn't stick well to my door frame, which defeated the purpose of using it for weatherproofing.Secondly, the length of the strip is quite short. I expected a longer piece to cover my door adequately, but I ended up needing to purchase additional strips to fully seal the gaps around my door and windows.For such a short length, I think it is overpriced.

Absolutely love this. My front door had a 1 inch gap, letting the AC out or heat. I used it from top to bottom. Adhesive was sturdy.👌
