These are comfortable. They hold even heavier earrings well and best of all I'm not itchy or allergic to them like metal backs.

I don't know if I've gotten old, become more impatient or just didn't realize there was this alternative. Those little gold or silver backs that have been used for 60 years depends on your ability to hit that small opening. These just work so much better. They are soft and I am less likely to drop them. I wear them all the time and even sleep in them.

These earring backs are perfect for my favorite and precious custom-made pearl earrings from the South Seas in the Philippines. I’ve bought quite a few expensive backs for them in the past but they never fit right. I don’t ever want to lose them so I’m constantly looking for the right ones. These silicone backs are it! They’re easy on the ears, they’re very light and conforms to my earlobes. Sure, they're cheap but who goes behind your ears to point it out? Only the hypocrites will! Sure, they discolor and stretch after months of everyday use but there’s plenty in the bag to replace them. I love them. So far I’ve only gone through four pairs out of fifty so I’d say it’s the cheapest and the best your money can buy! ❤️🥰

When I first received these I looked at them and thought, these aren’t worth anything. I do have arthritis in my hands. I am 77 and these are so much easier for me to use. Gave some to both daughters and they love them as well. Wish I had known they were available a longtime ago. I had a doubt how durable they would be and they are very durable and simple to use.

I like using these for larger post earrings and they do a great job of supporting big studs. They're not really useful for earring hooks since they won't go over the top loop in the styles I use. If you ARE able to manage these on hooks, kudos to you but I couldn't manage it. These backs just would not lay flush against the piercing exit when I used them on shepherd hook earrings. As long as you relegate these nuts to stud earrings, they're great. I like that they are metal-free, making them safe for those with allergies or sensitivities to metals. I can barely wear silver and gold so it's nice to not have to worry about it. I always throw in a pair for my customers in case they like an extra supportive earring nut. These do feel like silicone, and I hope they truly are because that would make them safe for people with latex allergies.
