I have chronic anemia and have been advised to take iron supplements which always upset my stomach and make me feel sick. I also need to increase my fiber intake. I use 2 heaping tsp daily in my fruit smoothies and it's really made a different in my digestion. I can't say confidently whether my energy levels have improved, it's hard to say but I don't get have an upset stomach with this. The odor is pungent but I typically don't notice it as a major flavor note in my smoothies (I usually blend with banana as my base). I feel like this is a great substitute for another popular, more expensive green powder I've seen on TikTok. I used to buy fresh spinach every week and sometimes it would go bad before I could use the whole bag. I plan on repurchasing.

This is good Spinach powder. I add it to soups and it gives it a good Flavor.

Drying at 50-75 C destroys 45% to 75% of the lutein content and 77% of the b-carotene compared to freeze drying the spinach. Buy freeze dried spinach.

I normally try to get my vitamins/minerals through food but decided to try this as an alternative to stuffing my face full of spinach constantly which lets be real that can honestly get boring after 2 weeks. This is a perfect alternative for me, Im always on the go and can drink this on the fly. The taste isnt great because hello its spinach powder?! But you can obviously mix it with fruits/juice/honey/sugar if you'd like. This will save money and time so overall im happy with this product.

This product is made in china and packaged in the USA - how can it possibly be certified organic in the US? Highly suspect product. Package was also delivered with a hole in it leaking powder.
