Afternoon Tea: A History and Guide to the Great Edwardian Tradition

Found this book interesting, have not yet been able to try any recipes but I personally found the history very interesting. I would get this book again.

I've been waiting for something like this to come to the Market and from the moment I opened the front cover I loved this read. It has captured the essence of the Edwardian Tea and I look forward to trying out some of the recipes (but my waistline doesn't!!)

Gorgeous book for tea lovers! Quick and easy to read while being informative taking you for a journey to a history of afternoon tea. First thing I did after reading it was to make a cup of tea and make Vicky's lemon tarts. Highly recommending this book.
