Very good service. From ordering to fitting at home, I got very good support and the product was as good as I had heard. The service team was very responsive.

Pathetic customer service
I took this Dish TV for my parents and wanted regional channels for which i am ready to pay extra but Dish TV customer care says that I can do it only after 1 month. How is this even possible in 2023 when we are in this age of latest technology and preferences. The current package has Sports & Kids which are both not suitable for my parents. Customer care says that they can't help on this. Also every time you call them & ask about package they say that the call will be handles by a senior & makes you wait.

This is only a ku band dish and stb box. May be all the companies are same. Recharge and use. Very small receiver.
