Quality Float. Need to secure flag better.
Son has been using this the past few years for diving and it’s held up pretty good. The top has faded a little due to sun exposure, but still very visible. Only recommendation is to secure the flag better. I tried gluing it in, but it fell out in the swells. Solution that worked for us is using bright colored shoe laces and securing the flag shaft to three points (think tripod) around the float. Now even in rougher swells, flag stays on.

Very good, just add weights
This is better than any other ones I’ve seen. The only thing is that you have to add sand or weights to the bottom pouch or it won’t stand upright. Also the flag doesn’t stand square and needs more support than just the one wire.

Good enough. Could be better.
4 starsnot 52 defects1-buoy is fine, but flag doesn’t fit into buoy. Hole too tight for flag to fit into. Razor knife needed to cut & trim plastic hole to make it wider.2-wire strut supposed to hold up flag, installed incorrectly.Should be attached middle of flag pole to top of free end of flag, instead wire strut is attached to top of flag pole to bottom of free end.Makes more sense to hold up the top free end of the flag, rather than the bottom.Bad quality control.

Great for spearfishing
I have used this float for several purposes, and it is great for all! It comes with a dive flag which means I can use it when scuba diving over wrecks. It has many clips which means I can connect my speargun to one side and my flashers to the other side! It is super strong as has no problem carrying the weight and strength of a decent size tuna!

Float Itself Good Flag and Customer Support Dismal
I bought this primarily as a platform for displaying a flag properly while snorkeling in Florida. I didn't need a float to attach gear or rest on although the float would work well for this obviously. The float itself seems to be made well and is easy to inflate and stays upright only if you add weight to the pocket underneath. I used a 2.5 lb ankle weight which seemed to do the trick. The reason for my low rating is the flag and lack of customer support. The flag is a thin piece of plastic like material that must have some cloth content because it's fraying around the perimeter. Worse than that is that it will not display properly. It curls from the corner without a support wire and grommet. The flag isn't a full 12"x12" size as advertised to begin with and the curl makes it that much smaller. For the quality of the float, the flag should be perhaps two layers sewn around the perimeter with a better mechanism to keep it fully visible. Cressi was not helpful when informed of the problem. I was told their "spearfishing expert" said it would unfurl on its own. It's only become more of a safety concern than before.

Nice float.
Works well. Less than a year in and the flag has rolled up though. You’ll need about a two pound weight to keep it upright. It has a pocket for the weight so that was nice and easy.

Solid cressi
Very light weight goes inside of my Dive bag amazingly. I like the fact it has extra rings everywhere so I can attached my catch bag (using a cable cuff), and any other things on the side. And it floats great! For sure in the case of an emergency you can hang onto this.I also added a 3lb weight to the underbelly pouch to give stability. In really wavy areas. And planning on actually attaching a longer pole w/ larger flag. The current setup is legal and visible, I’ll just like a larger one.

Leaks at Seams
Worked well for a few dives, but now it leaks air through the seams around the entire perimeter. Would not recommend
