Exact measurements of the opening
The frame was an inch higher than my old window. Enlarging the opening was easy and the new window installed easily.

Nice safety feature
I installed this in my Cargo Conversion trailer project. It helps to have an assistant to hold the window while marking for the cut and for installing the trim with screws.
