It is a great quality smartwatch in terms or workmanship, unfortunately, it initially gave me issues to sync. When it finally showed as paired with my phone, the clock stayed at 24hr (Military time). I rebooted unpaired and synced 3 separate times with no luck. Requested return

Instructions are in Japanese/Chinese and impossible to read and decipher.

Difficult......Yes!
Instructions were poor. Couldn't change the time out of military to standard. Wouldn't sync.

Using your wristband
It took me a while to figure out how to work it since it DID NOT come with a user guide or instructions but finally I figured it out you have to Download Movnow app for both Apple and Android and it will have pair your devices and walk you through everything

They did not work and the directions did not help you git what you pay for . Invest in a fitbit
