Is this a gluten free food?

No, this is not gluten free. It is beef suet mixed with wheat flour. The box warns it contains gluten.

The ingredients listed on the package do include wheat, so yes, the beef version contains wheat

Yes, suet can be frozen. When I used to collect my own suet from beef roasts, I would freeze it so I could accumulate enough for plum pudding. Atora does not need refrigeration but it could be frozen if you want to keep it longer than the use by date.
