Excellent quality, safest way for me to stretch my tendons that were reattached. Worth the money for sure. Will not wear out.

This is the same type of product used by my physical therapist after a previous injury. I purchased the smaller size for home use between my therapy sessions. I highly recommend it if you want to work on some hand strength.

Recommended by my physical therapist for my home workouts building strengh in my fingers and range of motion in my wrist. 12weeks of immobilization in a cast from a double wrist fracture "froze" my wrist in a fixed postion. I wasn't able to bend or extend my hand or turn it over palm up. This has been a godsend for gently stretching range of motion. Good quality materials. Is the exact brand they have in their therapy room.

Good exercise for strengthening your hands for sports or rehabilitation after surgery.

I have a small strong one and a large med strength. Use them daily for my carpel and arthritis. Black is tge strong but its not too strong. I have strong hands since I work with my hands. These are one of the exercise tolls I use.

Don’t settle for the small size…buy this big one. It is great for stretching and exercising the hands!

My PT uses this in her office and figured for the times I can’t make it to her office I can just do it at home so I ended up purchasing this.Overall great product so far. I have tennis elbow and this gives it a great stretch that loosens up the area. It comes with a sheet on other stretches that can be performed on this.
