guidebook has creator's input per card. Illustrations are very nice and detailed. The corners of the box were slightly bent during transit since it was shipped in Amazon's soft white package.

As soon as I saw this deck was available for pre-order I was excited and ordered! 'The Nigel Jackson Tarot' (2000) is one of my three favorite working decks in my collection with the elemental associations I was taught from childhood (Swords=Fire, Wands=Air) and THANKFULLY this deck is the same! (All the decks I work with have those elemental associations as the follow with our tradition.) My family was so excited that they all wanted a copy and I just purchased another for a gift yesterday after yet anothersaw the artwork and the associations.We all LOVE that it's not yet another straight up RWS copy (not a favorite of ours) and that the elemental associations are THANKFULLY correct! (Swords are forged in Fire. Wands are made from wood which requires Air. Most don't realize that as the story goes Waite had two different decks created for his first deck. One for adepts of the GD with Swords=Fire and Wands=Air and then the reverse associations for decks sold to the public.)Regardless, there's PLENTY of other decks for you if you prefer the RWS copy decks and the elemental associations that deck follows. For those that don't follow that YOU'RE IN LUCK!This is a beautiful Deck of good quality and doesn't disappoint! I'm excited to give another copy to another family member when it arrives today (early gift) and they are extremely excited to receive it after seeing mine! Plus, the name 'Rose' and roses have a special place in our hearts so even better, but even if you don't have that connection to the deck it still won't disappoint!PS Thank you for making another gorgeous deck with elemental associations that make sense, Nigel Jackson! There haven't been a lot of decks created with these elemental associations recently (due to most not knowing there is any other choice) and it's fantastic to see you carrying the tradition on!

I originally purchased nigel Jackson's medieval tarot some 20 years ago and have treasured that deck since. These cards have very similar illustration styles and artistry. The cards are smaller though a more tradional size and the book is much larger I don't particularly like the book it came with but I truly love this deck and highly recommend it

i love this deck. the book is amazing and i completely love the artwork. my only nitpick is that i do wish the suit symbols a bit smaller so the center pics could be a bit larger.totally recommend getting

Someone mentioned that Wands & Swords elements are switched from the traditional RWS in this deck...not true. However, as with Marseilles & Thoth, Justice is 8 & Strength is 11. I’m loving this deck!

I have a lot of Oracle/tarot cards, and this deck is my total favorite. It’s so beautiful and uplifting.

Beautiful symbolism and very easy to shuffle. Overall I’m happy with these.
