I'm very happy with this Tomtoc bag. I really like the style and the way it feels, it's comfortable and fits more than I initially expected. One thing I wish it had is a fully removable strap, and I would’ve preferred the internal divider in the main compartment to be a bit sturdier, maybe with a more durable elastic or some extra reinforcement.That said, it's super practical. I use it to carry my ROG Ally X along with an Anker 373 charger and cable, an SSD, and a UGreen dock. If I pack carefully, I can even fit my 25,000mAh UGreen Nexode power bank, which isn’t exactly compact, so the fact that it fits is a big win. In the remaining pocket, I keep papers, keys, and other essentials.Overall, it’s a comfortable, stylish, and versatile bag. I definitely recommend it.

UPDATE 12/06/2024:Still using but differently. I stow my DJI Action 3 adventure set in this bag. Camera (in aluminum cage), 2 selfie sticks, battery charge case (w/2 extra batteries) and a few optional things (wipes, pen, mini flashligh). Still works great and same cons listed below (few). Not sure why this has a note of "frequently returned item"? Maybe smaller than most people think? I think I may purchase one of the color option bags in the near future. Hope this is helpful.Update 2/28/22:This shoulder bag worked great during our trip to Vegas. Spent all day on the Strip and hardly noticed that I was wearing it.Pros:Held a lot for the day. Battery pack, earbuds, pen, wipes, pill case, lip balm, hand sanitizer (on exterior), hand lotion and extra face masks.Light weight and rugged.Looks good but also versatile. To be able to "swing" the pack behind me while walking was a plus and to easily swing to the front to access was the best.Cons:Although the shoulder strap worked the way it was supposed to it was a bit uncomfortable at times. Minor gripe since if it did have a shoulder pad it probably wouldn't 'swing' to the front and back the way it should.Overall, great bag. Hoping to get more daily use from it and might purchase the olive or space gray version.**Note: this bag does hold quite a bit and you’re going to be tempted to fill it to the brim. DON’T! It will lose its functionality and you’ll be disappointed. Carry the essentials only.Just received and it looks and feels great. 4 stars for now until I have a chance to test it. It has lots of room and feels comfortable when I tried it on. Slips easily from back to front. Fits a Fire HD 8 with case, Anker 313 batter pack, Soundcore Liberty 2 earbuds, bandana and still good space for iPhone, pack of wipes, etc. I’ll probably have to limit myself so he doesn’t get too heavy. Materials seem rugged and durable. Beefy buckle. I believe this will handle my Las Vegas trip next month and beyond. I will update after some good use. I do recommend.
