The ingredients include: Carob coating (brown sugar, partially hydrogenated cottonseed and soybean oils, whey powder, carob powder, and lecithin added as an emulsifier), peanut butter (peanuts, dextrose, hydrogenated vegetable oils [rapeseed, cottonseed, soybean], salt), brown sugar, honey, corn syrup, brown rice flour, soy protein isolate, nonfat dry milk, defatted soy flour, calcium pyrophosphate, magnesium carbonate, water, lecithin, natural vanilla, ascorbic acid, ferrous fumarate, natural honey flavor, orange oil. There is no HFCS.
