Q: Can you melt this with an eletric stove?

I did not use Electric Stove (sorry).

Q: If i want to create crystals, would you recommend me pouring it off before everything has solidified, or waiting until it's cooled and smashing it?

Pour it into a container, like a tin foil loaf pan. And then cut it in half once it is cool. It will need to be fairly deep.

Q: Is this metal good insulator for magnetic field??

Bismuth will generate heat if exposed to a magnet. You'll need a flir camera to see it. I would think it insulates magnetic fields well, because it reaists it enough to make heat.
